It may also be that your screen does not have a low blue light display level. Traditional display devices contain a lot of blue light, and the high-energy short-wave blue light with a wavelength of 415-455nm is easy to cause damage to the retina. If you are immersed in harmful blue light mapping for a long time, the macula will cause visual fatigue.

If the anti-blue light effect of the mobile phone itself is not strong, what method can we use to protect our eyes? Generally, there are two ways, software anti-Blu-ray and hardware anti-Blu-ray. Any anti-blue light eye protection mode that is turned on in the settings of the device is basically a software anti-blue light method.
